The Elite Annual Membership is SSI’s most complete individual player-development experience. Designed for ambitious players who want more than technical training alone, Elite connects individual training, independent development, match performance, tactical intelligence and analysis into one year-round development process.

48 Individual In-Person Training Sessions
One full year of individualized player development with SSI. Training is built around the player’s needs and can address:
• Technical execution under pressure
• Position-specific development
• Ball mastery and receiving
• 1v1 ability
• Passing and combination play
• Finishing
• Movement and awareness
• Decision-making
• Match-relevant technical actions
• Identified individual development priorities

Flexible Annual Scheduling
The 48 sessions are allocated across the membership year rather than being restricted to a rigid weekly schedule. This provides flexibility around club schedules, games, tournaments, school commitments, travel, player availability, and development priorities. Sessions may be scheduled flexibly throughout the year, with a maximum of 8 individual sessions per calendar month, unless otherwise agreed with SSI in advance.

12 Months of SPL Elite
SPL Elite extends the development process beyond in-person sessions through individualized work, feedback, and adjustments. The objective is to connect what the player trains, applies and demonstrates so independent development does not become disconnected from coached training.

Match Intelligence Program
Elite members receive access to SSI’s Match Intelligence Program (MIP), developing areas such as scanning, awareness, decision-making, positioning, movement away from the ball, recognition of space, tactical responsibilities, and understanding game situations.

Individual Match Analysis
Where suitable match footage is available, SSI can analyze the player’s performance and use those observations to influence future development priorities.

Tactical & Position-Specific Development
Elite development goes beyond isolated technical execution. Players are challenged to understand when, where and why actions should be performed based on their position and the demands of the game.
